Hello and thank you for creating and maintaining this fantastic plugin!

We’ve used WP Slimstat for some time now on our site (www.womensradio.com) to provide robust stats/metrics to the authors posting their radio shows.

Recently, we’ve upgraded to the newest version of WP (4.4.1) as well as the newest version of the plugin (4.2.5).

Since performing these updates, our users are no longer seeing stats reported to them in their accounts.

As an admin, looking at Slimstat >> Settings >> Maintenance, I do see the following error message:

215 Error: Unknown column ‘resolution’ in ‘field list’

Could this be part of the difficulty we’re running into here?

Any assistance in getting these stats back up-and-running for authors is greatly appreciated!

    Hi Brian,

it looks like you upgraded from a quite old version of the plugin. We recently removed the upgrade script for those old versions, to streamline our codebase and improve performance. We can help you restore the database structure to the latest version. Please contact us at

so that we can help you out.
