Stats mixed up between primary domain and subdomain

I have Jetpack installed on my site and also on a subdomain that we use for staging env. Today I disconnected and reconnected both Jetpack instances to wordpress.com.

However, when I did so the stats of the two domains got mixed up, so now our staging site displays the main site stats, and vice-versa.

What could I do to make this functioning correctly? Could you move our stats back for me?
