Stats in Spam-Karma 2 doesn’t change

  • Since a few weeks I’m using SK2 to protect my site (www.astroblogs.nl). And it works, cause every day it captures several spam-reactions. But I’ve a problem: the stats shows 0 spam, 0 approved comments and 0 moderated comments. I’ve tried several configurations, but the stats still remain at zero. The SK2 warning footer at the bottom of my site shows just the text: “The Astroblogs are protected by Spam Karma 2. Don’t even think about spamming them.” There’s no record of the number of spam it has captured. What am I doing wrong?

  • Dr Dave gives a link for troubleshooting and an email address if that doesn’t help on the plugin page.

    It’s always worth trying to contact plugin authors when you have a problem. Some will send you here for support, which is fine, but others do support their work through their own sites.

    I’ve been on that site and did send an e-mail to the address. But the postmaster returned the mail. í think the adress wasn’t right (I used sk2-bug at unknowngenius.com).
    Therefore I thought ‘let’s post the question on this forum’.
