    Hello,
Admin-bar Stats image not showing up.
As I understood from some topics on this issue, when the webpage is created Jetpack sets the source for the image in the admin bar like this:
    https://www.religija.me/wp-admin/admin.php?page=stats
Then the browser performs a get for this image, but it doesn’t happen. There is no image, but only “broken image” icon, which is actually no image (right click, Save image as… is unavailable, greyed).
So it seems that this action cannot produce the stats admin bar image for some reasons. I thought it has something to do with my old theme but when new up-to-date theme was installed, the issue still remains.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi there,

Have you tried to see if the stats page would load under a different browser? Or, have you tried clearing your cache to see if that makes a difference?:

    https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache

I checked debug for your site and everything is working properly.

Try the two suggestions above and let me the results.

    Thanks!

Of course, I tried everything I could. Under Mozilla Firefox there is simple text “Statistic” but no icon produced again. Also I tried to unistall Jetpack plugin and reinstall it but no result. I was not able to figure out what is the reason for missing image. It seems that this error is related to command line code, somewhere in the plugin itself or admin.php …

Is there any improvement if Jetpack is the _only_ plugin active on your site?

    No.

    Hi there,

Please right-click on that “Statistic” text, then click Inspect. What img src URL do you see? Do you see something that looks like https://site/wp-admin/admin.php?page=stats&noheader&proxy&chart=admin-bar-hours-scale?

Does your hosting provider do any caching of your site on their end? If so, can you check if clearing the site cache there makes any difference?

    Thread Starter luckystriko

    (@luckystriko)

    It looks like this:
    Statistika

    src=”https://www.religija.me/wp-admin/admin.php?page=stats&noheader&proxy&chart=admin-bar-hours-scale”

Also I checked the provider caching option, and nothing found. So I installed clear cache plugins (W3 Total Cache and WP Fastest Cache) and applied clearing but still no change in wp-admin bar stats icon status…

    Who is your hosting provider?

    It’s bravenet.com

Thanks. And can you please check in your browser’s developer console if there are any console errors when you load a page that should be showing that sparkline?

I did it and an error is reported:
Firefox ne mo?e ostvariti vezu sa serverom na wss://public-api.wordpress.com/pinghub/wpcom/me/newest-note-data.

Translated: Firefox cannot establish connection at…
The same line is repeated three times.

That would indicate a connection issue between your browser and our servers.

Can you please check using a completely different browser, like Chrome?

Also check if resetting your modem/router, or using a completely different internet connection, if possible, makes any difference.

Internet connection is OK. I had the same issue with different router and provider.

The 403 is definitely a block.

Please try with all of your browser extensions disabled, then if there’s an improvement, switch them back on one-by-one until you find the one causing the problem.

I suspect it’s an ad or tracker blocker, though it could be any extension really.

    Thread Starter luckystriko

    (@luckystriko)

The only additional extension I use is AdBlock Plus. But for few other sites run on WordPress platform the stats button is shown.

Have all your tests been on the same computer/device? The only other option I can think of is that something is stuck/being blocked in the connection cache for your operating system itself. Try clearing that as well.

If that also doesn’t work, I’m afraid I’m out of ideas. Everything for your site checks out on our end, so all else being equal, you should be seeing the sparkline on your admin bar.
