We are very discouraged to see a subscription fee is being added to participate in Jetpack stats – please open this up to non-profit organizations for free.

Is there an email address I can send to please consider free stats for non-profit organizations?

    Hi @dnorenberg

We have information about non-profits in our documentation:

Non-profit organizations that solicit donations or sponsorships on their website will be required to upgrade to a paid or commercial plan.

On the other hand, non-profit organizations that don’t ask for donations or sponsorships on their website can be classified as non-commercial. This means they can pay what they want for Jetpack Stats from their purchase page.

If you represent a non-profit organization, please share your site’s URL here and we can take a look to see if you are eligible to use Jetpack Stats via a non-commercial plan.

Thank you for the response, our non-profit event venue has ads on our website to help recoup fees associated with hosting and maintaining a website for our local community. The Dodge County Fair Association is certified as 501(c)(3) by the IRS. Based on this information, please grant our organization non-commercial access to Jetpack Stats.

    Hi @dnorenberg

Unfortunately, per our guidelines, sites that run advertisements are not eligible for non-commercial licenses. You will need to purchase a license to use Jetpack Stats.

I’m going to mark this thread as resolved.
