Stats disappeared

I am using bluehost as my hosting site, and downloaded and installed the stats plug-in. I have an average of 35 subscribers – mostly family. Everything has been working great. Then all of a sudden, my stats are zero – nada – nobody – nothing. I’m not getting any information on the stats page. What happened? I know this can’t be correct as I have had family and friends click through on my site. Yet no one is showing up on the stats. I am very addicted to my stats – what should I do to get them back?
