STATO WOOCOMMERCE NON AGGIORNATO CORRETTAMENTE

    Salve,

    è da qualche giorno che nel mio e-commerce vedo che quando arrivano alcuni ordini non vengono aggiornati nella bacheca “stato di woocommerce”.

    Stesso problema per l’app di woocommerce. Ad es. questa mattina sono arrivati 3 ordini (che vedo correttamente nella sezione ordini) ma nella bacheca ne risultano solo 2 e il fatturato relativo a questi ultimi.

    Se invece entro nella pagina rapporti di woocommerce tutto è aggiornato correttamente.

    Non ho effettuato modifiche ed ho tutti i plugin, temi ecc aggiornati.

    Sapete come mai ho questo problema?

    I am sorry to hear that the issue still persists.

    Can you please try once again to perform the following steps below and see if this works? Please note that the first step is an additional step here:

    • Analytics > Settings > Date type – set to Date Created
    • WooCommerce > Status > Tools > Clear Analytics Cache
    • Import Historical Data
