Hi Mr_Sordum,
Thank you for contacting WooCommerce Plugin Support. I understand your confusion about the statistics with different values. I’ll be happy to explain the reason and help you fix it.
The difference between the net totals of Products, Categories Revenue, and Orders is due to the way WooCommerce calculates them. Products and Categories use the product prices to calculate the net total, while Revenue and Orders use the order totals to calculate the net total.
The product prices are the prices that you set for your products in the WooCommerce settings. They do not include any taxes, fees, discounts, or shipping costs that might apply to the orders. The order totals are the final amounts that the customers pay for their orders. They include all the taxes, fees, discounts, and shipping costs that apply to the orders.
Therefore, the net total of Products and Categories is usually lower than the net total of Revenue and Orders, because the latter includes more factors that affect the final price. For example, if you sell a product for 100€ and charge 20€ for shipping and 10€ for tax, the product price is 100€, but the order total is 130€. The net total of Products and Categories will count 100€, while the net total of Revenue and Orders will count 130€.
To fix this discrepancy, you can either adjust your product prices to include the taxes, fees, discounts, and shipping costs, or you can use a plugin that allows you to customize the statistics calculations. One such plugin is WooCommerce Admin Custom Order Fields, which you can find here: https://woo.com/document/woocommerce-admin-custom-order-fields/
I hope this clarifies the issue and helps you resolve it. If you have any further questions or need more assistance, please let us know.
