    Hi,

    On statistics/categories the numbers are correct but the main mage /statistics , the category board “BEST CATEGORIES – Produtc sold” the numbers are not correct .
    I don’t understand why…

    Hi @pipoulito ,

    Thanks for providing the system status and screenshots.

    WP Version: ? 5.9.3.

    I am unable to replicate this issue on my test site, and the only thing that stands out to me in your System status is your current WordPress version is not yet updated to the latest version, which is recommended.

    Just to rule out any theme/plugin conflicts, please could you perform a conflict test:

    – Clear site and browser caching
    – Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    – Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    – Check your statistics again.

    If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict.

    thanks but i have tried without plugin and theme.
    About Wp update i don’t think WP6 reolves this , it should work with 5.9.3

    Yes, that was what was meant

    Two possible reasons for the discrepancy in stats for the category are:

    Products assigned to more than one category. The sales amounts for a product is included in the totals of all assigned categories.

    OR

    The fact that sales amounts for children categories are both shown in the report for that category and included in the totals of the parent category(ies).

    There is documentation that addresses this particular issue here.

    Please do let us know if your store fits these criteria, justifying the stat discrepancy seen so far. Thanks!

    Sorry to hear that the issue hasn’t been resolved yet.

    Can you purge your LiteSpeed Cache? If you don’t know how to do it please contact your hosting provider.

    And do you think it is normal to have a row with category name (see best sales attachement) Maybe a category deleted ?

    Can you clarify to which section you’re referring to sending us a screenshot? If you mean this it’s the Top categories – Items sold which I’m also seeing in Analytics > Overview and there is nothing wrong with it.
