    Hi,

    I have installed the new 4.0.1 version of WooCommerce (I was still on 3.9.2) and there is a new “Statistics” settings.
    2 questions:

    1) In “Analytics settings” – “Actionable statuses” should I also select “Completed” (because it’s not selected by default)? I don’t really understand what is meant by “Actionable statuses”?

    2) I started the Import but it seems to be blocked at the “Importing customers” stage. Nothing happens and it’s already running since a long time. What do I have to do to make it work?

    Hi there,

    1. actionable statuses are order statuses YOU have to do something with (ship, prepare etc…) – The opposite, non-actionable statuses are orders statuses waiting for the customer to do something (pay) or without any action needed (completed order for instance).

    2. Regarding the historical data import, how many customers are you trying to import? It sounds like your server can’t handle the request. I’d suggest you contact your host to check your server capabilities.
