    Hello,

Since I installed Complianz, the stats have plummeted. Indeed, I have almost no more views …. It’s really very disturbing for me, I need these statistics. How can I resolve this?
I use Google Analytics, I removed the tag in my head, to put my ID in Complianz, I checked all three boxes and followed your article on setting up Google Analytics, but nothing happened.

    Thank you

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @laurahantz55,

The Analytics script on your website is currently being loaded after providing consent in the Cookie banner, which would explain the difference in Analytics data.

To load Analytics without asking for consent, you can navigate to Wizard > Consent > Statistics – configuration and answer the question “Do you want to ask consent for statistics” with No.

    Kind regards,
    Jarno

I changed my answer to no to the question asked.
I hope my stats will go back to normal.
    Thanks very much

I don’t know if this will solve the problem, because when I go to Google Analytics, I always have 0 views for today…. I don’t understand..

    Hi @laurahantz55,

Under Complianz > Wizard > General > Visitors, could you answer the question “Do you target visitors from Germany, Austria, Belgium and/or Spain?” with “No” as well?

Upon doing so, please make sure to clear cache in both Autoptimize and W3 Total Cache, to make sure these changes are reflected.

    Kind regards,
    Jarno

Thank you, indeed, I answered no to this question.
I just cleared the caches, hope that will change something.

    Hi @laurahantz55,

In addition to my above comment, as I just noticed that your site uses Jetpack (and it’s statistics module), could you additionally disable our Jetpack integration found under Complianz > Integrations > Plugins?

Disabling the Jetpack integration in combination with the settings previously mentioned in this thread, should result in your Analytics script successfully being loaded prior to consent.

    Let me know!
    Kind regards,
    Jarno

    Hi @jarnovos ,

Indeed, I use Jetpack on my site. So I unchecked it in Extensions.

    Hoping that fixes the issue.
I’ll come back to tell you if my stats are back.
    Thank you

    Hi @laurahantz55,

I have visited the site once more, the Analytics pageview/scroll are now loaded without consent. Please also find a screenshot attached: https://i.gyazo.com/fc80cbb1937c5afef7f1463566fc1674.png

Please note that as the Jetpack integration is disabled, Jetpack statistics will also load prior to consent (‘pixel.wp.com’, ‘stats.wp.com’).

    Kind regards,
    Jarno

    Hello @rogierlankhorst ,

Everything seems to be back to normal ??

    Thank you !

I would like both statistics and marketing to be pre enabled. Is this possible?

‘Wizard > Consent > Statistics – configuration and answer the question “Do you want to ask consent for statistics” with No.’

I can’t seem to find this as an option.

    Thank you
