Statistics not working

    Hello,

    I have a problem with the plugin to see the statistics, nothing is displayed in new views and in conversion when I do tests. the plugin redirects well to the different url

    I have the impression that it’s since I updated CSS from elementor -> tools but nothing sure

    Hello guillaumeglt,

    as we checked that we do not see a direct relation to css from elementor and the split test. Do you have a caching plugin installed? That could explain what you see. If not please tell us the url of the page you are using this on.

    Morning @rocketelements, We are having the same issue with the statistics not updating as well. The last time it updated was prior to purchasing the pro and enabling the Cache Buster. If I disable the Cache Buster then the statistics update with new information but once it is is disabled then it stops. The problem is related to this.

    Just so you know, for our caching we are using WP Rocket and Cloudflare. If I activate Cache Buster, the statistics stop working.

    Does this problem persits to you with the newest version? Do you have any new details?

    Please keep in mind that if you activate the cache buster that you clear a cache pages. Did you do soo?

    Hello, @rocketelements,

    When I activate the cache buster I also clear the cache on Cloudflare and in WP Rocket.

    I started doing Page testing with the cache buster off and on now neither are reporting statistics.

    Love your app but I desperately need the statistics to prove which page is performing better than the other.

    I am running Split Test for Elementor v1.3.4 and Split Test for Elementor Pro v1.0
