Statistics no longer showing

    For some reason, my statistics are no longer displaying. When I click to see the “Statistics” of a sent newsletter, the page simply goes blank. Anyone else having this issue?

  • Hey @misscatherine,

    May I ask you if you’re using the Safari browser to access the Stats page?

    If so, we’re aware there’s a bug with Safari and the latest version of our plugin. We’re already working on a fix for it.

    You should be able to see the stats and the correct sending status for each sent newsletter when using a different web browser.

    Thank you for you reply.

    I indeed primarily work with Safari.

    With the latest MailPoet update this morning, stats are again available within Safari.
