I see the tracking script executing in the browser console.
Maybe something is blocking your WP-Cron queue preventing the statistics from being collected.

Can you install the Advanced Cron Manager plugin and see if there is something stuck on top of the cron tasks list, and also if the Koko cron task is there?

Saving the Koko settings should re-create the cron task if needed.

Hope that helps. If you have any questions, please let me know!

    Hi Lap,

We’ve taken a look at our Cron jobs and can see that koko_analytics_aggregate_stats is set to run every minute.

    Screenshot here: https://www.quirkycampers.com/uk/wp-content/uploads/2023/03/Screenshot-2023-03-20-102648.png

What else could it be? What should we try next?

    Thanks

Is there anything at the top of the list of the cron jobs, that may be blocking the queue? You can remove that blocking task.

Also, your site needs to have sufficient visitors for wp cron to execute at all. So if it’s a demo site or a very low traffic site you need another way to trigger it (eg an uptime monitor or a normal cron job that hits yoursite .com/wp-cron.php every 5 minutes).
