Statistics for WordPress, iPhone app, on self-hosted WordPress blog

I have another problem using WordPress and it is to get an iPhone app to work with my self-hosted WordPress blog. I am supposed to fill in site name, API key and site adress.
Can someone that knows how to do this please help me through step by step how exactly to fill in this form. Unless I can’t use it with a self-hosted blog? I have a key from WordPress.com which works both on YouTube and the Akismet plug-in.
