Statistics – Emails Opened – are not detected Only Click

    Hi
    Statistics – (standard)

    Emails Opened – are not detected!

    when a link is clicked in the email …… then it counts:

    Emails Opened 1
    Emails Clicked 1

    so it only detects a Opened, when Click …
    Any idea to make this basic “Emails Opened” stat to work?

    Opening is tracked by an little image loaded when the email is readed, ma not always email clients load it. Anyway we check that again.

    When we detected a click, of course it counts even as a read.

    Version 3.9.3 should solve the problem.

    Hi, after new update to 3.9.6.
    Detect Emails Opened – stopped working again, It is not detect opened email.
    obviously the little image not loaded, or not sent.
    How can I fix this, so it wont keep happening?
    I will put the code in, just tell me where.

    Hi, I’ve tested right now on version 3.9.6 with a test email and the open/click is correctly registered.

    Can you check if the image is in your received emails and that test emails you send have the tracking enabled? Would you send me a test email at [email protected]?
