Statistics don’t record visitors when caching is active

  • I installed a caching plugin on some of my websites. This works great with no issues.

    Almost, because “WP Statistics” does not record any site visits since I installed the caching plugin (WP Rocket). And that’s the case on ANY of my websites –?regardless of the webspace provider or server (there are a few different ones I use …).

    Yes, of course I made the correct settings for WP Statistics to work with a caching plugin (and updated my permalink structure, aso.).

    I also already tried to deactivate the all the different settings step by step (in both, WP Rocket and WP Statistics), while checking the effects by visiting my website using a private browser window –?nothing. And of course I even didn’t forget to clear and fill the cache after each of my steps …?

    The only way to get WP Statistics back to work is to deactivate the caching –?that is out of the question for me!

    Since I read about some people have the same issues with different caching plugins, I think the WP Statistics support is the correct address to ask for help …

    Do you have any ideas?
