    Hi

I have been using Matomo since June on a site, and I notice that the visit statistics disappear for certain days when they were present in the graph before
Is there anything that can be done to get these stats back?
    Thanks for your help

Hello @ericbourges we expect the issue with the reports can be solved?by invalidating your report data,?please see instructions here:?https://matomo.org/faq/how-to/faq_155/

After invalidating the reports, you can reprocess the data with the following command (or wait 24-48 hours for reports to be re-processed by the?crontab)

Could you try this invalidation and re-process the reports, and let us know if this resolves the issue for you?

    Thank you for your reply
I installed the plugin and clicked the command to invalidate all reports (the widget graph has not changed, is this normal?), and I will now wait 24/48h for the reports to be regenerated. I’ll keep you informed

It seems to be ok, the days that were at 0 have their data back
Is there anything to do to avoid this in the future?

Hello @ericbourges glad to hear that you can see the data. Since you are using Matomo for WordPress, archiving is being handled by WP Cron.

Archive data?is created during the?archiving process?by aggregating?log data. It is reasonable to archive the data to prevent your website to become so slow.
