Statistics blank screen

    When I click on statistics, the screen changes to blank, no statistics are visible.

    All sent newsletters are marked as not sent, although they were sent…

    The update 3.54.1 today does not change anything.

    Any ideas?

    Since the latest update by both WordPress and Mailpoet 3, I am having exactly the same problem. This just started! There seems to be a bug somewhere. Can you help?

    I have contacted MailPoet. If you are using Safari, this may be the issue.There is a bug using the latest version of MailPoet with Safari. Using Firefox, I can access all statistics. MailPoet assures me that they are working on a fix.

    Hello rpwelker,

    thanks for the info! I just tested it with Chrome (under macOS) and there the statistics are displayed… ??
