    Is there a way to get stats about exchange and return cases? We need to know if the current policy for returns is efficient.

    Hi @perties

    Currently we don’t have any dedicated reporting system for analyzing your refund and exchange request but from the woocommerce order listing section you can get the total count of refund orders from there.
    please see the screenshot for better help.

    That does not help when we want to analyze what product get the most request to refund. We think that this would be a very important tool when managing store
