    Salve,

    dopo aver clonato il sito in un sottodominio https://netsons.ripartelitalia.it/ a scopo di test, abbiamo rimosso il sito clone ma per togliere la schermata di doppio sito e la modalità sicura dal pannello di wordpress, siamo stati costretti a riconnettere il plugin Jetpack alla nostra utenza di wordpress.com ed abbiamo avuto la bruttissima sorpresa di aver perso tutte le statistiche passata di jetpack.
    Potete ripristinare urgentemente tutte le vecchie statistiche del nostro sito https://www.ripartelitalia.it/ ? Grazie mille. Cordiali saluti.

    After cloning the site to a subdomain https://netsons.ripartelitalia.it/ for testing purposes, we removed the clone site but to remove the dual site screen and safe mode from the wordpress panel, we had to reconnect the Jetpack plugin to our wordpress.com user base and we had the very nasty surprise that we lost all jetpack past stats.
    We point out that we have not migrated the statistics from the old (current) site to the new one, i.e. the clone that was then deleted. How could it happen that I lost all the statistics? it is a big damage for us.
    Can you urgently solve it by restoring and making the past statistics of the https://www.ripartelitalia.it/ site reappear? A thousand thanks.

    Can you check the stats on the site now?

    I also noticed that Jetpack is not currently connected properly on the site. Can you try the following?
    ?
    From the wp-admin dashboard of your site, please go to Jetpack > Dashboard. Then under the Connections section, click Manage site connection in that box.
    ?
    Click the Disconnect button. If it’s already disconnected, you can skip to the next step.
    ?
    Deactivate your Jetpack plugin by heading to Plugins > Installed Plugins and finding Jetpack. After a few moments, activate it.
    ?
    Back in Jetpack > Dashboard > Connections > Manage site connection, Click the Set up Jetpack button and continue through the approval process.

    the statistics were back to being seen correctly but we still performed all the procedure you described by disconnecting and reconnecting Jetpack. Can you check now if the statistics work well and are correct?
