Due to a technical problem with the site I deactivated jetpack and when I reactivated it I lost all the statistics. Is it possible to recover all the data from 2019 to today?

    Hi @foodeviaggi

I’ve moved those stats over for you. Can you take a look and see if they are correct now?

I had the same problem when I deactivated Jetpack. Help. I lost all data. The web site is listeningtogod.org

    Hi @rjapenga

Can you check your stats now as well?

Yes!!! Thanks so much. Is deactivating Jetpack supposed to lose the data?

    Hi @rjapenga

No, it shouldn’t normally, usually if Jetpack gets disconnected, when you go to reconnect it, it finds it’s old data through the site ID. However, occasionally when reconnecting, Jetpack thinks it is a new site and treats it that way creating a new site ID, leaving the old data with the old site ID.

When this happens, we just need to move the data over to the new site ID.
