Statistic file is blank, no data is shown

I am currently logged in on wordpress via my own website and /wp-admin at the end of my domain. I can see on overview that statistics are being logged, since i enabled the external API, I did this today. I still have trouble downloading the statistics on a .txt file.

The issue:
I go to Dashboard > Newstatpress > Tools > Export – There I choose the time period where i know the website has been visited, which is mainly today. Then I download my file. It is completely blank however:
date,time,ip,urlrequested,agent,referrer,search,nation,os,browser,searchengine,spider,feed

I am updated to the newest version of wordpress. What causes this issue? Do i need to wait a couple of days perhaps? I would really appreciate a response.
