statistic and sale drop

Hi,

I have a strange problem, but for sure it has something to do with the cookie plugin.
I have been using complianz for a while now, but i has some very strange impact on my sales.
When i activate complianz plugin and banner, the users, views and sales drop dramatically.
The drop is 75%, for sales at least 50%.
I deactivated the plugin since the 9th of october and immediatly everything recovered, also sale.
Now the 24th of october i activated complianz again, and exactly that day the drop again is 75%.
For the statistics i can understand that maybe something is not setup correct and the measurements are wrong, but for the sales this is really strange.
It seems like the banner is functional normal when activated. We have checked it on many devices and networks.
Of course for now, I deactivate the plugin, cause it costs me a lot of sales instantly. But i do want / need to use a cookie banner and would like to buy your plugin, but this has to be resolved.

Do you have any idea what can be the cause of it? Have you ever heard of this?
