Staging site license not deactivating. Production site without lic

  • HI, i have professional packing for lifetime, when i tired to activate plugin and license in production site it says “Your license quota of 1 site(s) has been reached. If you think this is a mistake please contact support via [email protected]”


    When i checked the license showing active in staging site, no whare in plugin i can see to deactivation lic from staging site. I tried by disable the plugin in staging site and activating on production site by entering the lic key the same message coming as mentioned above.

    Need your quick support to fix this license shift issue.
