Static text on blog page

I have the Make theme. I want to put a static headline at the top of the blog page, but I’m having trouble finding the correct file to put it in. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

And yes, once I figure out which file to edit, I’ll make a copy and put it in the child theme, for all the obvious reasons. ??
