Static text across all slides

Hello

I’d like to place the same text on ALL of the slides and have it not change, but just the background image change.

I’ve looked everywhere in the settings but it’s impossible to turn off transitions for the text or keep the text the same over multiple slides.

I’d like it to look like this:
https://www.discovery.edu.hk/ where the “grow. discover. dream.” is what we want the text to do (i.e. nothing.)

IF this isn’t possible – could you inform me so that I can buy a different slider?
