static slider buttons cannot be edited

  • I have this problem too; sometimes it allows me to edit them, and other times not. Maybe a bug in the customizer?

    I’m not sure how i resolved it, but simply saving and logging into and out of wordpress seemed to do the trick. As the IT crowd people would say “have you tried switching it off and on again?” applied for me.
