Static pages blog page = set as page for posts, no blogposts show up

Hi there,
I made a blog to test out my new setup but it clearly isn’t working. I found similar topics but none hit the nail.

I made a blog but it doesn’t show up. If I preview it, it somewhat does what I want to;

But now there are 3 problems;
1. the post is not accessible via the blog, only the link (the categories & posts don’t show up)
2. the url is not good ( I would like it to be something like /blog/[post title] )
3. because I use a plugin for multilanguage, it keeps saying that it is only accesible in english (which is my intention) & doesn’t show until clicking. The multilanguage is only intended for the rest of the site, not the blog part.

What should I do to solve these?
I use the rockwell theme.
