static pages

I installed wordpress a week ago an i need a bunch of pages in subdirectories- But what if I change the design? I want the normal design in all subdirectories, an if I change it in the control panel, I want these changes for the subdirectories, too.
I hope you all understood this as my English is a bit wonky
