Static Page Won’t Change

    My home page will not change from the “Hello World!” post page.

    It is from the original theme (twenty-twenty-one) not the installed theme (astra and again with twenty nineteen).

    I have deleted and re-installed my hosting account. I have deleted and reinstalled my WP account. I set up a new WP account with a different password and log-in.

    I have deactivated all plugins.
