Static page tour with the ability to login to blog

I’m working on a site for a company project and I’m creating a simple tour using pages. Now I need to add a login to have actual clients login into the blog. Basically if your not a client then you will never see the blog.

Is there a plug in designed for this?

Any help would be appreciated.
