Static Page selection not showing

Still loving the Tiny Forge…such a brilliant theme. Quick question: I have finally designed a static page for the front page of the website (as opposed to showing latest posts).

I have selected the page to serve as static homepage in the Customize view of WordPress and it is showing up properly there, but the actual live website is not showing the static page…still the posts.

Any ideas?
