static page no navbar

  • I have setup an about me page at:
    https://area420.net/blog/index.php?page_id=48
    My question is where is this page stored? If you look at this you will notice this is no navbar. My index.php has an include to navbar.php and it inserts the navbar just fine but where or how do I put the navbar onto my static page like this? As I write this I’m thinking I probably need to edit the template eh? Would that be like single.php?
