Static Page and Blog Page Problems

I am using the Holiday Tours Theme. I created a static front page and a separate blog page. The problem is that the separate blog page does not list my posts. It lists my pages! After googling, all I can figure is that maybe there is a problem with the coding on the theme… Help!
