The site is a site developed in PHP using Bootstrap. It’s a perfect site to be re-created in WordPress as WordPress is a custom application of PHP. You could use a Bootstrap based Theme and create a front page based on the content of the home page (actually just a simple landing page). It would require advanced skills, but is very doable.

Since I have no idea about Bootstrap, I was wondering if I can make the html static front page by just using wordpress? Would it be okay to create the html static page in one of the 2 wordpress installations that I’ll have? I am wondering how would that affect SEO.
