Static home page with Polylang

I’ve still have the same question I asked before:

Thanks for your suggestions.
I’ve just moved the site to localhost and made all changes in settings:- Disabled all plugins except Polylang, AMP, Classic Editor.
- Set urls to simple like ?lang=en&
- Removed custom AMP template in theme folder
- Installed Twenty Nineteen theme and activate it
- Even change another page as homepage
But nothing works.

Well, I don’t know how you achieve that it works.
I’ve just installed CLEAN wordpress on my localhost.- Installed just Polylang + AMP plugins.
- Add two languages, add two main (home) pages
- Set all Polylang settings
- Set url to “Post name” or “Simple” (through post ID)
Nothing works.
