Hi all – little problem that I’ve never encountered before. I’m using the Hueman theme.
I decided to take a look what the site would look like with recent posts showing and not a static front page. Didn’t like it so reverted to static front page. Now every time I try and publish a new page it shows on the static home page, along with the stuff that should be on the static home page. It displays a few lines of the new page with a read more instruction below – then my actual home page shows.
It works fine with categories and posts but I can’t publish a page without it happening. Seems something went wrong when I switched to recent posts and then back to static home page.
    Has anyone got any ideas?
    many thanks!
P.s I don’t know any code etc – I just use basic wordpress dashboard!

Hi all – I’ve just sorted it lol! When I went into reading settings there was the same page in static page and posts page, I just removed the page from posts page and it’s fine!
