Static Home Page attempt creating double page title in html address

  • I’m having difficulty problem-solving why my blog page is coming up as
    site.com/blog/blog
    instead of site.com/blog.

    Current settings:
    -Settings: Reading:
    front page: intro-page
    Posts page: blog

    Right now, pointing the browser to site.com brings up site.com/blog/ (which I’d like to have as the posts page),
    and clicking on the “Blog” link brings up site.com/blog/blog/.

    What can I do to switch site.com/blog/blog/
    into site.com/blog/ as the posts page, and site.com as the front page?
