Static Home Page and Post Page

I am using the static home page option under settings > reading.

For the “Front Page” I have a page I created called “Home” selected. I also created a template for that page and assigned it already. So the home page looks great.

For the “Posts Page” I have a page I created called “Blog” selected. I am not using a template, it is a blank page.

When I go to https://www.abisinc.com/blog it shows the home page! It does not show my most recent posts.

I have another website that I created and did the exact same thing and it works great. Why would the home page show up on the “Blog” page? The index.php has all the right info in it, even if i delete it it still shows whats on the home page template…I’m so confused. Any help?
