(we haven’t registered the domain yet, parent company needs to approve some things first…)Ok, so I want to have a static front page, which I did set up already, no problem. Problem I’m having is, using the default template results in a WAY goofed up display (as you can see it’s far off to the right, and down a good ways.
I can probably figure it out on my own eventually, after hours and hours of digging, and thought I’d ask you guys if you could point me in the right direction towards an answer.
Basically, a few things, I’d like to get rid of the word “home”, get rid of that huge space between “home” and the page’s “header” (where it says CrossFit Raw Intensity in gray background image). And also want it so that the page’s “header”‘s top & left are set to just under the WordPress header (with the horizontal menu, etc).
I *don’t* want to do absolute positioning to make this happen if I don’t have to.
Oh, and also I’m trying to get rid of the comments block. Think I can figure that out too, but like I said, I’m strapped for time and can’t figure it out quickly yet ??
