static footer and scrollable in-between content

  • Hi all, anyone knows how to make this – pls look at the sticky/static footer: https://www.telenor.dk/

    Many solutions are about making the footer sticky but here the footer doesn’t scroll but appears/unfolds behind the content.

    Looking forward to any hints…
