Static Content Widget Question

Hey WordPress Wizards –

I basically just need to be pointed in the right direction to figure out what widget or plugin I need to get the effect I want – I’m just not sure how to start searching.

If you look at my website (www.contentequalsmoney.com), you will see that there is an image widget just below the navigation that holds a picture. What I would like to do is exchange this widget for one that will allow me to insert both pictures and text. Basically, sort of like a slider, just… a static one.

If anybody could give me a heads up, that would be greatly appreciated.
