    This sounds theme specific. What theme are you using?

    Hi I am using ‘Royal – Multi-Purpose WordPress Theme’ – ‘Eight theme’.
    I have contacted them and the solution was to use visual composer ‘backend’ only. I am only experienced in ‘frontend’.

    Do you have any ideas which could fix this?

    I have a ten foot pole out it the garage, but it’s not quite long enough for me to ever touch visual composer again. Sorry. ??
