State/Regions/Cities -MISSING IN DROPDOWN

  • Hello,

    Can anyone let me know, if possible, where my State/Regions/Cities disappeared to within the directory listing section? I was entering some listings – then I had to enter a region, when I did NYS wasn’t in the dropdown anymore. Like BOOOOOM, it just wasn’t there. I searched in the State/Region/City on the left hand side of the page and it was there. But for some reason, within the listing, it is not there. How do I put it back? I did not delete anything. I was just trying to add a region which I have done many many times. I know how to do this but I really need to know how to put NYS back. Any help soon please?

    What plugin are you using for that directory listing?

    Thanks for responding. I don’t know what plugin that section is using. I am not familiar with that part of WP and that is why I am asking for help here. Where would I go to look for that plugin? I follow directions well. My webmaster has also disappeared so I need to get this fixed sooner rather than later. I am using the old version of Directory Press. I know I need to upgrade, but they no longer support this version. Since the site is working fine, I will upgrade to premium press when funds are in. Right now I need to fix the above.
