State/Province mandatory for The Netherlands

    I did this: I have updated the wp e-commerce plug-in to the latest version.

    I expected WP e-Commerce to do this: During check-out, State/Province are not required fields for our country, The Netherlands. But whatever I do, wp e-commerce says those fields are required, even though they are not.

    Already tried a standard 2014 theme, flushing theme cache, rebuild database wpsc-checkout-forms, move country fields above state fields, applied GitHub patches but these didn’t work.

    Does anyone know how to fix this?
