State Specific Possibilities?

Can you think of a way to use this plugin and create a shortcode that will read the visitors ip address and then place the state in a post?

For example: We offer fast shipping to: (New York|California|Etc.).

Then have the state update automatically based off the visitors IP?

This would be an extremely valuable tool, and I feel like it should be easy to implement as the plugin is already grabbing the users city/state from IP.
