Hi! I would really like to use this plugin. ?? I installed it on my WooCommerce store, but I am mystified, because I created a Condition: State / Equal to / and I selected my own state, and made sure the rules were enabled and published, but when I made a purchase from myself to see if I could … my purchase went through without any message or blocks, despite how I used the state I had excluded.

What could I be doing wrong? Do you have any idea of a WooCommerce setting that could be preventing this plugin from working, please?

    Hi,

I believe a payment gateway like PP Express uses a different process that could make this not activate at the time, but I’m not 100% sure if that was the case.

I’d recommend to try out a condition like – Subtotal – greater – 0 – to see if the rules/validation is applied at all (this should always match the rules).

    Cheers,
    Jeroen

How sweet of you to reply! =)

I’m not sure what you just advised me … , because I’m kind of really new to all of this, ?? but the plugin started unexpectedly working the other day when I was changing the WooCommerce settings in order to enable sales taxes. I was so surprised, lol! ??

I think- this might sound silly, that one needs to enable WooCommerce shipping, so that the shipping and billing addresses are both the address used by the customer. I did so much fiddling for the sales taxes in the WooCommerce settings that this might not be the setting that I needed to change, but I think this is what happened … . ??

Have a great day, Jeroen! =D Thank you again for your kindness in replying to me about your really marvelously helpful plugin! This plugin of yours- it’s simply wonderful! =D Bye! ??
