State for shipping address change to state code

    Hi Woocommerce team.

    I need help somthing related to billing & shipping address. As I know, shipping address should be exactly same as billing address when customer do not fill up the shipping address field, right?

    But, in my website.. the state for shipping address automatically change to state code. I don’t know why.

    Yes, by default, shipping should be the same as billing in this case. By any chance, are you using a shipping plugin? Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
