State field loading as null

  • In the users billing address I have entered the county in the ‘state/county’ field. when I create an order The system populates the address etc. but fails to populate the ‘state/county’ field and enters ‘null’ The addresses are UK ones. Is it restricted to only valid Counties and if so where is the dropdown or validation error? Sorry can’t see where I’m going wrong!
